Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping on orders with a product subtotal of US$300 or more, excluding applicable taxes, customs duties, and other import-related charges.

For orders below US$300, a flat shipping fee of US$30 applies.

The available shipping method and applicable shipping charges are determined during checkout based on the delivery address, product availability, shipping requirements, and other operational considerations.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

After placing an order on sg.genuinemodules.com, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking instructions.

The total delivery time consists of two stages:

• Processing Time – The time required to prepare, verify, and dispatch your order.
